Senior Advantage

Our senior psychiatric service is based in our Senior Advantage Center. The program is located on the left side of the hospital on the first floor. The Senior Advantage program specializes in caring for elderly patients requiring psychiatric care.

We Treat:

Auditory or Visual Hallucinations / Delusions
Major Depressive / Anxiety Disorders
Memory Impairment / Alzheimers or other types of Dementia
Mental Impairment / Posing a Threat to Self or Others
Resisting Care / Medication Non-compliance
Severe Sleep and/or Nutritional Disturbances
Unable to be Managed Safely / Diffcult to Redirect

Comprehensive Elderly Care Program

The Senior Advantage program can help bring stability to elderly members of our community that require intensive observation, medication management and suporvision by a psychiatirst with an individualized treatment plan. We accept traditional Medicare and Humana Advantage Plans/HMO. Referrals can be made to the Senior Advantage program by a physician, other health care providers, long term care facilities (nursing homes and assisted living homes), home health providers, self or family members.

Referrals

Referral given to patients coming to the Senior Advantage program may be made by physicians, health care professionals, nursing care facilities, home health agencies, self and family members.
